Rosati's Pizza at 2665 Mannheim Road, Des Plaines, Illinois.

I ordered a large pizza at 626pm and I didn’t receive my pizza till 756pm. Mind you I am literally across the street from the pizza location in Desplaines. After numerous calls and being placed on hold repeatedly they finally delivered my order. Lisa who answered the phones was very difficult to deal with and didn’t help at all. The driver told me too bad, his exact words. I spent 40$ and am seriously Unsatisfied with the service. I will not be ordering from this establishment ever again after being a customer for ten years!
